1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PianoPlanner, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. PianoPlanner is a service of Edan Creative, Tilburg, Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce: 18073263, VAT: NL001779376B98).

2. Description of Service

PianoPlanner is a cloud-based planning and customer management system specifically designed for piano technicians and tuners. The service includes appointment scheduling, customer management, piano registration, calendar synchronization, and online booking features.

3. User Account

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

PianoPlanner offers free and paid subscription plans:

• Free plan: Limited features, suitable for getting started
• PianoPlanner Go: Full features, billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into PianoPlanner. We process your data only to provide our services. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the system
• Share your account with others
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Overload the system with excessive requests

7. Limitation of Liability

PianoPlanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Edan Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of PianoPlanner shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses due to service unavailability.

9. Data Backup

While we make daily backups, we recommend you regularly export your important data. We are not responsible for data loss, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore data from backups when possible.

10. Intellectual Property

PianoPlanner, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of Edan Creative. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the service. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Breda, Netherlands.
